Estate Planning & Probate Attorney: Private Client Practice with Hybrid Flexibility in Delray Beach

Our client, a respected Palm Beach County trusts and estates firm, is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Delray Beach office. The team advises families on wills, trusts, estate administration, probate, and trust and estate disputes.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Delray Beach office and working from home.

What You'll Do

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Administer probate and trust estates
• Advise fiduciaries and beneficiaries
• Handle contested probate and trust matters
• Meet with clients to design estate plans

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of estate planning, probate, or trust and estate experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
