Corporate Attorney: Corporate Transactions with Hybrid Flexibility in Hialeah

Our client, a well-regarded South Florida business law firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Hialeah office. The team advises closely held businesses on transactions, contracts, and governance.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Hialeah office and working from home.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and financings from LOI through closing
• Lead due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules
• Advise on entity formation and corporate governance
• Work directly with business owners and executives

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional or M&A experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
