We’re a well-established firm offering civil, site development, and surveying services — and we're looking for a motivated Survey Technician to join our growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects from start to finish, while receiving the mentorship, tools, and flexibility you need to succeed.
Whether you’re processing field data, assisting with plats and legal descriptions, or jumping in to help the field crew — your contributions will matter. Our office environment is professional, laid-back, and built around teamwork and long-term career growth.
Draft surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D from field-collected data
Process field data and support delivery of accurate plats and legal descriptions
Assist with deed research and base mapping
Support Registered Professional Land Surveyors and project managers
Help coordinate with internal teams and ensure timely project delivery
Review and QC your work before submission
Be part of a culture that values responsiveness, problem-solving, and pride in our work
2–5 years of experience in land surveying or civil engineering support
Working knowledge of Civil 3D and CAD software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Familiarity with deed research, boundary analysis, and legal descriptions
Comfortable collaborating with others in a team-focused environment
Bonus points if you’ve passed the Fundamentals of Surveying (FS) Exam
