Corporate M&A Attorney: Middle-Market M&A with Hybrid Flexibility in Pasadena

Our client, a respected Southern California business law firm, is seeking a Corporate M&A Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its Pasadena office. The practice advises buyers, sellers, and investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.

This is a hybrid position. You will split your week between the Pasadena office and working from home.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, operating agreements, and commercial contracts
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and financings from LOI through closing
• Lead due diligence and prepare disclosure schedules
• Advise on entity formation and corporate governance
• Work directly with business owners and executives

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the State Bar of California in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate transactional or M&A experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Comfort working on a hybrid schedule
