Real Estate Litigation Attorney: Property and Title Disputes in Hollywood

Our client, a respected South Florida litigation firm, is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Hollywood office. The practice handles title, partition, landlord-tenant, lease, construction lien, and purchase agreement disputes for owners, developers, and lenders.

This is an in-office role in Hollywood, where you will work side by side with an experienced team.

What You'll Do

• Handle real estate cases from intake through trial or resolution
• Draft complaints, motions, and appellate-quality briefs
• Lead discovery and take depositions
• Argue motions and attend mediations
• Advise clients on litigation strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of real estate or commercial litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Commitment to working in office in Hollywood
