Commercial Litigation Attorney: Remote Business Disputes Practice in Pembroke Pines

Our client, a growing Florida business litigation firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Pembroke Pines office. The team represents companies and owners in contract, partnership, fiduciary duty, and business tort disputes.

This is a remote role. You will work from home with regular virtual collaboration, and occasional travel to Pembroke Pines or other venues for hearings, meetings, or trial as needed.

What You'll Do

• Manage commercial cases from assessment through trial or arbitration
• Draft dispositive motions and briefs
• Lead written discovery and depositions
• Prepare witnesses for hearings and trial
• Collaborate with partners on strategy and budgets

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of commercial or business litigation experience
• Excellent research, writing, and client communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently from a home office
