Gpac is partnering with a respected engineering firm to find a Land Development Engineer in Bristol, PA. You'll design and deliver residential, commercial, and mixed-use site development projects, handling site layout, grading and drainage, stormwater management, paving, and site utilities. You'll prepare plan sets, calculations, and permit submittals while working closely with project managers, surveyors, and municipal reviewers. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your land development career.
Responsibilities:
- Design site layouts, grading, drainage, stormwater management, paving, and utility plans
- Prepare construction documents, quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and specifications
- Coordinate permitting and approvals with municipalities and review agencies
- Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and clients from concept through construction
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of land development or site design experience
- EIT or PE license preferred
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of local stormwater and site development regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
