Audit Senior Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

Overview

A large national CPA and advisory firm is seeking an Audit Senior Manager in Dallas. Working with private and closely held companies, you will provide trusted financial insights that minimize risk, strengthen relationships with lenders and stakeholders and help clients make confident business decisions. Remote and hybrid options are available.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, partners and team members through clear expectations and transparent communication
• Play an active role in business development by identifying opportunities to expand services
• Mentor, coach and develop staff accountants
• Travel occasionally (15-20%) to connect with clients and teams

Qualifications

• Specialization in Technology, Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution and/or Retail
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (master's preferred)
• Active CPA license required
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear insights
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
