Gpac is partnering with an established engineering and surveying firm to find a Survey Manager in Camp Hill, PA. You'll lead survey operations across land development, transportation, and infrastructure projects, managing field crews and CAD staff, ensuring quality and compliance, and serving as a key contact for clients and project teams. Licensed surveyors and LSITs on the path to licensure are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction staking surveys
- Manage field crews and CAD staff, including scheduling and quality control
- Review and sign survey plats and deliverables
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients on scope and schedule
- Ensure work meets state standards and firm quality requirements
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT)
- Experience leading survey crews and projects
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania survey standards
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and survey data processing software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
