Family Law Paralegal | Boca Raton, FL
A well-established and respected South Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its team in Boca Raton. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 3+ years of experience supporting family law matters, particularly those involving high-net-worth (HNW) clients and complex financial issues.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a strong, team-oriented group of attorneys in a stable environment with a manageable workload.
What You’ll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses
- Assist with complex family law cases, including high-asset divorces and financial matters
- Prepare financial affidavits and organize supporting documentation
- Manage case files, deadlines, and court filings through the Florida e-Portal
- Maintain attorney calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of family law paralegal experience
- Experience with high-net-worth or complex financial cases (not just routine matters)
- Strong drafting and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with calendaring and deadlines
- Stable work history (no frequent job changes)
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work fully in-office
