A large, established mechanical contractor is hiring an HVAC Project Manager to run commercial mechanical projects valued up to $5M.
What you'll do:
- Manage HVAC/mechanical projects up to $5M from buyout through closeout
- Own schedules, budgets, change orders, submittals and RFIs
- Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, GCs and owners
- Track job costs and keep projects profitable and on time
What you bring:
- Project management experience with a mechanical or HVAC contractor
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, piping and sheet metal scopes
- Strong communication and organization skills
