An established Chicagoland mechanical contractor is adding a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to its Aurora-area team. This is an on-site, Monday-Friday role.
What you'll do:
- Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from award through closeout
- Run schedules, budgets, procurement, change orders and submittals in Procore
- Coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, GCs and owners
- Drive project profitability and client satisfaction
What you bring:
- 3-7 years of commercial HVAC/mechanical project management
- Proficiency with Procore
- Union contractor experience is a plus
What's offered:
- $105K-$130K base salary plus bonus
- On-site role, Monday-Friday, with a stable, growing contractor
