HVAC Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow customer relationships by identifying needs, presenting solutions, and preparing accurate proposals and cost estimates
• Promote a full range of HVAC products, equipment, and capabilities with confidence and enthusiasm
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, effective customer support and project execution
• Analyze project performance and market trends to provide strategic feedback and identify new opportunities
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance processes, offerings, and overall business growth
• Represent the company professionally as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, construction, engineering, controls, service, or related industries
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regionally (up to 25%)
