Associate Attorney – Real Estate / Corporate / Municipal Law

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its collaborative operations group. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term growth, meaningful client interaction, and professional development within a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling transactional matters involving real estate, corporate, and contract law, and will enjoy working directly with clients and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, corporate documents, and amendments
• Advise clients on real estate, corporate, and transactional matters
• Manage a high-volume project workload while coordinating with administrative staff
• Conduct client meetings and maintain strong client relationships
• Chair corporate and client meetings
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recording requirements
• Manage electronic task lists, deadlines, and billing processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, corporate, contract, or municipal/government civil law
• Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication and professionalism
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with clients both in person and over the phone
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and legal/office software platforms
• Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings and events
