Construction Litigation Attorney

Ready to take ownership of high stakes matters and accelerate your career? A growing Tulsa based firm is looking for a driven attorney with 5+ years of experience in business and construction law to step into a key role handling complex, high-value disputes.

In this role, you won’t be sitting on the sidelines, you’ll lead cases from day one, working directly with clients on sophisticated construction and business conflicts, partnership disputes, and litigation strategy. This is a hands-on opportunity in a collaborative, in-office environment that values autonomy, flexibility, and results.

What You’ll Do:

• Take full ownership of cases from intake through resolution, no handholding required
• Lead depositions, appear confidently in court, and drive case strategy
• Manage a steady pipeline of construction and commercial matters
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while growing your own book of business

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in construction and/or business litigation
• Confidence in the courtroom and ability to operate independently
• Active Oklahoma license in good standing
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
