What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and manage the estimating department for commercial roofing projects
✔ Oversee detailed bids, takeoffs, budgets, and proposals across multiple roofing systems
✔ Collaborate with operations, sales, and executive leadership to ensure bid accuracy and project success
✔ Mentor and develop estimators while building scalable estimating processes
✔ Drive profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth as the Commercial Roofing Director of Estimating
What You Bring:
✔ 10+ years of experience in commercial roofing estimating
✔ Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects
✔ Deep understanding of TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal roofing, modified bitumen, and additional roofing systems
✔ Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
✔ Strategic mindset with the ability to lead as a true Commercial Roofing Director of Estimating
