Coatings Manager – Industrial Flooring & Coatings

A growing industrial contractor is seeking a Coatings Manager with strong experience in industrial coating systems and epoxy flooring applications.

This role will oversee field operations, crews, project execution, and client coordination for industrial coatings projects across the Midwest.

Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial coatings and flooring projects from startup through completion
• Oversee crews, subcontractors, schedules, and production timelines
• Coordinate epoxy flooring, structural coatings, and industrial coating applications
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards
• Communicate with clients and internal leadership teams throughout project lifecycle
• Support estimating, planning, and operational execution as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with epoxy flooring and industrial coatings systems
• Experience with structural coatings and industrial environments preferred
• Strong leadership and field coordination abilities
• Ability to manage schedules, production, and crew performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary COMPETITIVE depending on experience
• Quarterly quota bonuses + project bonuses
• Minimum 10% annual bonus structure
