Senior Project Manager – Industrial Construction

A rapidly growing industrial contractor is actively seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects throughout the Midwest region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong construction leader who can manage projects from the field and office side while building long-term client relationships in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead industrial and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, crews, and client communication
• Oversee project execution, production, safety, and quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle
• Coordinate with field leadership, vendors, and internal operations teams
• Drive project performance, profitability, and team accountability

Qualifications:

• Strong construction project management background required
• Industrial construction experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and field operations

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary COMPETITIVE depending on experience
• Quarterly quota bonuses + project bonuses
• Minimum 10% annual bonus structure
