Bridge Superintendent – Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking an experienced Bridge Superintendent to lead field operations on complex DOT and heavy civil bridge construction projects across Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all field activities on bridge construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors, field crews, and daily production schedules
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and project management teams
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, DOT specifications, and quality requirements
• Track progress, resolve field issues, and maintain project schedule adherence
• Lead jobsite planning, sequencing, and material coordination

Requirements:

• 7–15+ years in bridge or heavy civil construction
• Strong DOT bridge construction experience required
• Proven leadership of field crews and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of concrete, steel erection, and structural sequencing
• Ability to manage complex schedules and field logistics
