Pile Driving Foreman – Heavy Civil Construction

We are seeking a skilled Pile Driving Foreman to lead field crews in deep foundation and pile installation work on bridge and marine construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily pile driving operations in the field
• Direct crew activities including rig setup, alignment, and driving procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering specifications
• Coordinate equipment use and assist with troubleshooting field issues
• Maintain production goals and report progress to superintendent
• Support inspection and verification processes

Requirements:

• 3–10+ years in pile driving or heavy civil foundation work
• Strong hands-on experience with pile rigs, cranes, and foundation systems
• Ability to lead small to mid-size crews in active jobsite environments
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills
• Willingness to work in field-heavy, physically demanding environments
