GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a long-established, employee-owned, self-performing contractor specializing in water and wastewater treatment plants and infrastructure. The company is adding a Project Manager / Superintendent - Water and Wastewater Treatment to its team in Raleigh, NC. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Strong experience building water and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) is required.

Responsibilities

• Self-perform and coordinate civil, electrical and mechanical scopes at operating treatment plants
• Keep plants online and compliant while upgrades and expansions are built
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budget, schedule, buyout, change orders and monthly forecasting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and design teams
• Lead and mentor project engineers and APMs

Requirements

• Strong experience building water and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) is required.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
