A repeat client of ours is seeking a motivated junior Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to develop their skills with strong mentorship, hands-on experience, and long-term growth potential.

Key Details:

• Experience: 1–2 years preferred
• Practice Area: Workers’ Compensation
• Location: Hybrid role supporting matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania
• Bar Admission: Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey required (dual admission strongly preferred)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle workers’ compensation cases from inception through resolution
• Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of legal experience (workers’ compensation experience a plus)
• Licensed to practice in PA and/or NJ
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team environment
