A well-established and respected public accounting firm with over 35 years of experience is seeking a seasoned Tax Manager or Senior to join their team. The firm is known for delivering personalized financial guidance, ranging from fundamental tax management to complex audits and consulting, with a strong emphasis on professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review tax engagements with a hands-on approach
Provide tailored tax solutions to a diverse client base
Collaborate with a small, dedicated team of professionals
Contribute to maintaining and building long-term client relationships
Support firm growth through exceptional client service and proactive communication
Qualifications:
4 to 5 years of experience in public accounting
CPA designation preferred; Enrolled Agent (EA) candidates will be considered for the right fit
Strong communication skills with a proactive and responsive approach
Commitment to long-term professional growth
Work Environment:

Monday through Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays during busy season
