Job Description

gpac is working with a client company that is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow business across the Southeast region. This remote position requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in convenience store (C-store) channel sales and broker/distributor management within the CPG or snack food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Southeast territory.

  • Manage and motivate a network of brokers and distributors to exceed sales targets.

  • Build strong relationships with key C-store retailers and regional chains.

  • Monitor market trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and category management to support product placement and promotions.

  • Travel throughout the region (up to 50%) for customer meetings, trade shows, and team oversight.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in CPG, preferably in snack foods.

  • Proven success in C-store sales and broker management(requirement)

  • Strong understanding of regional dynamics in the Southeast U.S.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree required
