Safety Manager – Construction
Atlanta, GA

A well-established and growing general contractor in the Atlanta market is looking to add a Safety Manager to their team. This role will focus on supporting multiple active projects and partnering with field leadership to maintain a strong safety culture across the organization.

This company has a strong presence across the Southeast and is known for its long-term client relationships, steady project pipeline, and collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures across active job sites

• Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety evaluations

• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee safety training

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents and implement corrective actions

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards

• Partner with project teams to proactively identify and mitigate jobsite risks

• Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction safety experience

• Experience working on commercial construction projects

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices

• Ability to build relationships with field teams and lead safety initiatives

• OSHA certifications preferred
