Legal Assistant – Transactional / Real Estate / Corporate

A boutique law firm with a team of 19 dedicated professionals, specializing in providing personalized legal services to corporate clients is seeking an exeptional legal assistant to support two of their attorneys.  Join a collaborative and professional law firm team supporting attorneys in transactional, real estate, and corporate matters. We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

 
 Responsibilities
  • Prepare, revise, and finalize transactional and corporate documents
  • Assist with commercial real estate transactions, including escrow and closing coordination
  • Draft correspondence, engagement letters, and legal forms
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, meetings, and attorney scheduling
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical client files
  • Coordinate document execution and signatures
  • Handle client communication in a professional and responsive manner
  • Perform filing, scanning, billing support, and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior legal assistant experience preferred, particularly in transactional, real estate, or corporate law
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and strong client service skills
