Our respected and growing law firm in Houston is looking to add a Commercial/Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to its expanding litigation team.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle commercial and civil litigation matters

• Argue motions and attend court hearings

• Participate in depositions and trial preparation

• Assist with case strategy and settlement negotiations

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal arguments

• Work closely with clients and senior attorneys

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of litigation experience

• Experience handling motions and court appearances

• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage cases in a fast-paced environment
