Associate Attorney (Corporate / Transactional / Regulatory) – Fully Remote Option

A growing and entrepreneurial law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate Attorney (3–5 years) to support its expanding practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working across corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters in a fast-paced and flexible environment.

About the Role: This position offers the opportunity to work on a mix of corporate transactions and regulatory matters, providing broad exposure and meaningful responsibility. The firm is open to candidates nationwide, with fully remote flexibility, though a hybrid schedule is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with corporate and transactional matters, including drafting and negotiating agreements
• Support regulatory compliance and advisory work across various industries
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on client strategy and execution
• Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate, transactional, and/or regulatory law
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying collaborative
• Licensed and in good standing in New York (required)
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset
