Because I have just connected with a 4TH GENERATION family owned, well-known manufacturing plant, searching for a proven successful Plant Manager. Someone that has that think outside the box mentality and help their plant grow for years to come. In this opportunity you will have a FAMILY-OWNED facility, they have an excellent group of tenured employees that are highly trained and now they are looking for a true leader. This is a key role within the company’s management team, making final decisions to help with the continued growth and maximize profitability for the plant. Reporting directly to the President and collaborating with Ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach the team to ensure manufacturing productivity and efficiency
  • Follow and enforce all policies and procedures, both company and regulator
  • Communicate with the Management team on shift performance and production, both planning and issue resolution
  • Inventory knowledge
  • Efficiency skilled
  • Safety requirements-of facility and team"
  • Manage and improve key operational metrics including product cost, labor utilization, and yields
