Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support electrical reliability across a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You’ll handle installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, equipment, and controls while working closely with operations and maintenance teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, drives, PLCs, and VFDs.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Install and maintain power distribution and communication cables, including conduit
  • Install and maintain power distribution and communication cables, including conduit bending and splicing.
  • Perform equipment startups/shutdowns following OSHA and internal safety procedures.
  • Diagnose issues, make adjustments, and complete repairs to minimize downtime.

 

What You Need

  • 2+ years as an industrial electrician in manufacturing.
  • Hands‑on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and 480V 3‑phase systems.
  • Ability to read schematics and bend conduit.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and safety awareness.
  • Willingness to train M–F (7a–4p) before moving to B or D shift (6:45p–7a).
