A St. Louis law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith Defense Attorney to handle complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze insurance policies and provide coverage opinions

• Handle insurance coverage and bad faith defense litigation

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and coverage analyses

• Manage complex files and assist with litigation strategy

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance coverage or bad faith

• Licensed in Missouri and Kansas or Missouri and Illinois

• Strong legal writing, research, and policy analysis skills

• Experience managing complex litigation matters.
