Labor & Employment Attorney

Locations: Los Angeles | San Francisco | San Diego | Orange County | Sacramento

Whether you are a rising litigator or a seasoned counselor, we have several distinct opportunities designed to match your specific career trajectory.

The Roles

We are currently recruiting for two primary tiers of expertise:

• Junior to Mid-Level (2–5 Years): You will take a hands-on role in high-stakes litigation, including wage and hour class actions, PAGA defense, and FEHA/wrongful termination matters. Ideal for those looking to sharpen their deposition and motion practice skills.
• Senior Counsel / Partner Track (6–15 Years): You will act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, lead high-level workplace investigations, and serve as lead chair in trials or arbitrations.

Candidate Profile

• Licensure: Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Expertise: 2–15 years of dedicated L&E experience. While a defense background is preferred, we welcome high-caliber Plaintiff-side candidates with a sophisticated understanding of the California Labor Code.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of California-specific compliance, harassment/discrimination litigation, and preventative counseling.
• Communication: You must possess the "California Premium" writing style—clear, persuasive, and sophisticated—capable of distilling complex legal risks into actionable business advice.
