GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established specialty contractor for pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel, serving aviation, distribution, education, industrial and storage clients across Arizona. The company is adding a PEMB Foreman / Superintendent (2 openings) to its team in Mesa, AZ. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Hands-on experience erecting and supervising pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design-assist, value engineering, pricing and detailing for PEMB and steel packages
• Coordinate logistics and erection across a range of project types
• Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
• Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
• Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

• Hands-on experience erecting and supervising pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects.
• Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
