An established insurance defense firm is hiring an associate attorney with 2+ years' experience for its Fort Lauderdale, FL office. The practice is mainly trucking insurance defense, with construction defense as another practice area.
Responsibilities
- Defend trucking and transportation claims for insurance carriers and their insureds
- Handle construction defense matters
- Manage your own caseload of litigated files from start to finish
Requirements
- 2+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Trucking, transportation or construction defense experience is a plus
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive, based on experience
Work arrangement
Full time, hybrid, with 3 days a week in the Fort Lauderdale, FL office.
