Great HVAC Lead Service Technician Opportunity in Wisconsin! 

• 5+ years hands on experience
• Field service technician performing troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Client facing role communicating repair needs, system conditions, and recommendations to customers
• Prepares repair recommendations and scopes for office to generate final proposals
• Performs system diagnostics, equipment change-outs, and service work
• Is open to possible Sales in this role as well.

Looking for candidates with backgrounds in estimating, project management, service sales, or a mix of technical and client-facing roles.  Field experience valued…candidates with a technician/installer background who’ve transitioned into sales or project roles tend to do well.
