Litigation Attorney (Confidential – Mid-Sized Law Firm)

Location: North Shore / Greater Boston Area (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time

A well-established and highly regarded mid-sized civil litigation firm is seeking a talented and motivated Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court appearances
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on case strategy

Qualifications

Required:

• 5–7 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar

Preferred:

• Admission to New Hampshire and/or Rhode Island Bar is a plus
