Job Description

We are partnered with a growing, well-established food & beverage manufacturer seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in a high-volume production facility.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will work directly with equipment, support production uptime, and lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced, highly automated environment.

This organization is experiencing strong growth, expanding operations, and offers long-term stability within a recession-resistant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
  • Oversee preventative maintenance programs
  • Support production line setup, adjustments, and changeovers
  • Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and efficiency
  • Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and improvement projects
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food preferred)
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience reading schematics (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)
  • Exposure to packaging equipment such as slicers, thermoformers, tray sealers, or similar
  • Experience with SQF, GMPs, or GFSI programs
  • Welding and general facility maintenance experience preferred
