Job Title: Litigation Paralegal (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Houston, TX

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with at least 5 years of experience to support a busy Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in our Houston office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with one attorney, providing dedicated support on a high-volume caseload while playing a critical role in case development and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, one-on-one support to a single attorney handling plaintiff personal injury cases
• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Coordinate and manage discovery, including document production and organization
• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and other case-related events
• Maintain case files, deadlines, and calendaring to ensure timely case progression
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with trial preparation, including trial binders, exhibits, and witness coordination

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury
• Strong experience supporting cases from inception through pre-trial and trial preparation
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with legal software, case management systems, and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
