Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow commercial roofing service and maintenance accounts
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Conduct roof assessments and identify repair and maintenance opportunities
  • Work closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of commercial roofing service sales experience preferred
  • Experience selling repairs, maintenance agreements, and service work
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills
