Director of Nursing, Home Health | Full-Time | Greater Boston, MA

A growing home health agency is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead its clinical team and oversee patient care quality, compliance, and clinical operations. This is a hands-on leadership role with direct influence over staff development, quality outcomes, and continued agency growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active RN license in good standing

• 3+ years of home health experience

• 1–2+ years of leadership experience as a DON, Clinical Manager, ADON, or similar

• Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, OASIS, and survey readiness

• Experience overseeing clinical operations, case management, and quality of care

• Ability to recruit, retain, train, and develop RNs, LPNs/LVNs, and other field clinicians

• Strong knowledge of documentation, QAPI, and clinical compliance

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• BSN preferred
