Growing plaintiff personal injury law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
What you'll do:
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury caseload
- Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations and settlement
- Prepare cases for mediation and trial
- Build strong relationships with clients
What you bring:
- Plaintiff personal injury or litigation experience
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong advocacy, writing and client skills
Details:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office
- Salary $140,000 - $170,000
