Established law firm seeks a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to handle complex commercial disputes.
What you'll do:
- Handle business and commercial litigation matters from filing through trial
- Manage discovery, depositions, motions and hearings
- Draft briefs and advise business clients on dispute strategy
What you bring:
- 5+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong writing, research and courtroom skills
Details:
- Base salary $150,000 - $180,000
