Job Description

A respected general contractor that builds for luxury and flagship retail brands needs a Traveling Superintendent who sweats the details. These are high-profile stores in premier malls and street-front locations, where millwork, stone, specialty finishes and brand standards have to be perfect on opening day.

What You'll Do

• Lead luxury and flagship store buildouts in malls, lifestyle centers and urban storefronts
• Coordinate high-end millwork, stone, glass, specialty lighting and custom finishes
• Manage landlord rules, after-hours work and tight site logistics
• Hold trades to strict brand and quality standards
• Partner with the Project Manager, design teams and brand reps
• Deliver detailed punch lists and turnover so stores open flawlessly

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on luxury, flagship or high-end retail interiors (required)
• An eye for detail with high-end finishes and millwork
• Experience working in occupied malls and under landlord criteria
• Willingness to travel full time
• A polished, professional presence with clients
