Job Description

A national general contractor is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to run retail tenant improvements and shell buildouts for well-known brands. Projects move fast, usually 8 to 16 weeks, so you'll always have the next store lined up.

What You'll Do

• Run retail tenant improvements, remodels and ground-up shell buildouts
• Hire and manage local subcontractors in each new market
• Handle permits, inspections, landlord coordination and daily reporting
• Keep work safe, on budget and on schedule
• Coordinate fixture installs, IT and owner vendors before turnover
• Complete punch lists and closeout on time

What You Bring

• Superintendent experience on retail or commercial interior buildouts (required)
• Comfort finding and managing local trades in new markets
• Willingness to travel full time
• Strong computer skills for scheduling and reporting
• OSHA 30 (a plus)

What We Offer

Salary range of $100,000–$140,000, plus per diem, travel allowances and benefits, and a steady pipeline of projects.
