Heavy Civil Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Earthwork | Site Development | Underground Utilities

A very well-respected Heavy Civil contractor is looking to add a strong Project Manager to help support the continued growth of their Heavy Civil Division. This is a high-impact opportunity with a company that has a strong backlog of complex work and is looking for someone who wants to do more than just manage projects day-to-day.

This role has the potential to grow into a Senior PM / operational leadership-type position for the right individual. The company is looking for someone who can help mentor younger team members, contribute to division strategy, improve operations, and truly have a voice as the group continues to expand.

Projects include:

  • Earthwork & grading
  • Underground utilities
  • Water, sanitary sewer & storm systems
  • Large site development projects
  • Complex heavy civil infrastructure work

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of project management and helping shape the future direction of a growing division.

What They’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of Heavy Civil construction experience preferred
  • Strong background in earthwork, sitework, and underground utilities
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field coordination
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Someone who wants long-term growth and operational influence within a company
