What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, and control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment issues
• Work with electrical systems, wiring, conduit, and panels
• Support production by minimizing downtime and improving reliability
• Assist with new equipment installs and system upgrades
• Work with hydraulics and pneumatics as part of overall equipment maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs
• Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Someone who can work independently and take initiative
