Do you thrive on seeing a project rise from the ground up? This Superintendent role gives you the chance to take ownership of ground-up multi-family construction projects from start to finish — coordinating field activities, motivating teams, and delivering projects that exceed expectations. If you’re ready to lead high-impact builds and keep crews moving with precision, this is your opportunity.
Why This Role Stands Out:
Ground-Up Multi-Family: Lead complex multi-family projects from the foundation through completion, shaping communities that people call home.
Leadership at the Core: Guide subcontractors and trades to deliver quality work on time and within budget.
Big Picture + Daily Details: From schedules and logistics to final punch lists, you’ll ensure no detail is overlooked.
Safety First: Champion safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
What You’ll Do:
Represent the company on site and partner closely with the Project Manager.
Oversee daily construction activities, subcontractor performance, and site safety.
Run weekly coordination meetings and manage two-week look-ahead schedules.
Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and pre-installation meetings.
Drive project closeouts, quality assurance, and timely turnover of multi-family units.
What We’re Looking For:
Ideally, 10+ years of construction industry experience, including 5+ years as a Superintendent.
Proven track record leading ground-up multi-family projects.
Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, scopes of work, and specifications.
OSHA 30-Hour certification and a commitment to site safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
A results-oriented leader who communicates well, solves problems quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ready to build projects that define skylines and communities? Step into a role where your leadership drives multi-family projects from blueprints to move-in day.
