Project Manager – Restoration

We are partnering with a well-established and growing restoration company that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team. This individual will play a key role in leading commercial restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

Project Execution & Planning

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate resources, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery

Team Leadership

• Lead project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing work environment

Financial Oversight

• Track budgets, control costs, and monitor project financials
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and profitability

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all work meets company standards, client expectations, and safety regulations
• Perform site visits, inspections, and quality control checks

Client Relations

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients
• Provide consistent updates and maintain strong, professional relationships

Risk & Contract Management

• Identify potential risks and proactively implement solutions
• Review and manage subcontractor and vendor agreements to ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing commercial construction or restoration projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proficiency with project management software

Preferred (Not Required):

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
