Lead Superintendent - Commercial Construction
A leading Jacksonville area Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Lead Superintendent ready to own the field and drive commercial projects from start to finish. This is a true leadership role for someone who can take control of the jobsite, lead with confidence, and deliver results.

Lead all field operations, from preconstruction planning through project closeout.
Direct subcontractors and trade crews with authority, organization, and accountability.

Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite while keeping projects moving forward.
Mentor field staff and help develop the next generation of construction leaders.
What You Bring
5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience, preferably with ground-up commercial projects.
Proven ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal oversight.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, sequencing, codes, and safety standards.
Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, inspections, site logistics, and quality control.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to hold teams accountable.
Commitment to safety, quality, professionalism, and doing the job the right way.
