A well-established commercial General Contractor in Pittsburgh is hiring a Superintendent to join their team! Projects span a diverse mix of commercial work up to $15M, so you'll get real variety, ownership of your jobsites, and long-term stability. This role offers $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience!

SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial construction projects with a General Contractor

• Experience running commercial projects up to $15M across a diverse mix of project types

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

• Solid knowledge of OSHA safety standards; OSHA 30 preferred

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

• Comfortable with scheduling and project management software (MS Project, Procore, or similar)

SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day field operations and keep the jobsite safe, clean, and productive

• Build and maintain project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities

• Lead quality control, safety planning, and site logistics

• Partner with Project Managers on RFIs, submittals, and field changes

• Help keep projects on schedule, on budget, and up to company standards

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
